Ryan Grametbaur, performing under the mononym Ryan Quiet, grew up influenced by his Texas Hill Country upbringing, 1980s pop music, and party rock. His musical sound combines country twang with cosmic cowboy and alternative rock elements. Ryan released his debut album Wind & Tide in 2020, followed by singles including Dirty Dancing Guy (2022), Bottled Lies (2023), I Fell for You (2024), Hatin' u (2024), and I Left My Love in the Lone Star State (2025). He and his wife Katie operate Duett's, a music venue in Martindale, Texas.
