Monica Valli is an electric guitar slinging Blues/Americana artist based in Austin, TX, originally from St. Louis where she began playing in blues bars at age 16. After years touring as a hired-gun lead guitarist for various artists and attending Berkeley College of Music, she restructured her musical path during the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on songwriting and recording her own original music. Her debut EP Red Blood Moon released in 2025, featuring tracks like Ride On, Voodoo Child, and Let Him Go. Known for her rich tone and soulful guitar playing, Monica builds songs live by layering rhythm guitar in real time before stepping out front to solo over the loops she creates.
