About

Mitchell Ferguson, born and raised in Dallas, Texas, began his music career singing in church choirs and musicals written by his father before attending college for acting. After performing in theatrical productions across the country, he returned to Texas to pursue songwriting and performing full-time, quickly building a reputation by playing 250+ shows annually across the Dallas/Fort Worth scene and beyond. His genre-blending sound blends country grit with pop hooks and R&B cadences, earning him comparisons to Chris Stapleton and Teddy Swims. Ferguson gained wider attention through viral moments including a viral cover of The 1975's All I Need to Hear that earned praise from frontman Matty Healy, followed by his breakout parody anthem Drink a Beer. He has shared stages with Parker McCollum, Whiskey Myers, Charley Crockett, Koe Wetzel, and Allen Stone, establishing himself as an independent artist rooted in authenticity and southern swagger.
