“Wings on Fire” by Angel White

Born and raised in Cleburne, Texas, Angel White comes from a family with over a century of cowboy tradition and horse ranching. He began busking in Dallas's Deep Ellum district around 2016 before establishing himself as a unique voice in contemporary country music. His debut album GHOST OF THE WEST: VOLUME I (2024) evolved into the full album GHOST OF THE WEST: THE ALBUM (2025), showcasing his blend of soulful melodies and captivating narratives inspired by the stories of overlooked Black, Mexican, and Native American cowboys. His sound seamlessly merges country, folk, soul, and rock, drawing from the wide-open spaces of his Texas roots.
